Breakfast Hours: January - March, 7:00 am - 9:00 am. April - December, 8:00 am - 10:00 am. Outside visitors may be accommodated for breakfast for $35 per person. 48 hour advanced notice required.
Quiet Hours : 9:00 pm - 7:00 am
No events or parties unless pre-arranged with Timberholm staff.
No pets allowed.
No smoking or vaping allowed in the Inn. Smoking is permitted outdoors only and smokers must use designated receptacles.
Rates based on double occupancy. Extra guests are $25 per person in rooms where space allows. Please call or email for details.

Cancellation

Reservations cancelled more than 14 days from check in will incur a $50 fee. Deposit will be refunded to initial form of payment less $50.

Reservations cancelled 14 days or less from check in will forfeit the deposit amount of 1 night’s stay plus tax. Any remaining amount paid will be refunded to the initial form of payment.
