Policies | Timberholm Inn

RATES: Rates are in US dollars with an additional 10% VT Lodging Tax and one $30 cleaning fee per room, per stay.  Rates are based on double occupancy and include a full homemade breakfast daily and full use of inn amenities.  Rates and availability subject to change.

PAYMENT: A deposit of one night’s stay plus 10% VT tax is required to book a reservation.  The balance is automatically charged the morning of check-in. We accept all major credit cards.  We do not accept cash or check.

CANCELLATION: Cancellations made 14 days or more from check-in will incur a $50 fee. Cancellations made fewer than 14 days from check-in forfeit the deposit of one night’s stay plus tax.  No shows and early departures are responsible for the entire amount of the reservation plus VT tax.  We reserve the right to cancel or alter your reservation at any time. 

CHECK IN & CHECK OUT: Check-in starts at 3pm. Check out is by 11 AM on your departure day.  Please scan in using the QR code at the front desk.  If you have difficulty, you may sign in with the guest book so we know you have arrived.  We typically cannot accommodate early check ins or late check outs, but we are happy to store your luggage behind the desk and you are welcome to use the common areas if you let us know ahead of time.

CHILDREN: Children of all ages are welcome! Please be respectful of other guests during quiet hours and be aware that we have a hot tub and fire pit on site that could be dangerous for young children.

QUIET HOURS: Please observe quiet hours at the inn from 9pm to 7am. 

SMOKING: Timberholm is a non-smoking inn. Smoking is permitted outdoors only and smokers must use designated butt receptacles. Smoking anywhere indoors, including your room, is strictly prohibited. Non-compliance will result in a $250 per night surcharge.

HOT TUB: No glass is permitted in or around the hot tub.  Please close lid when finished. 

PETS: We do not allow pets on property. If you are renting the whole inn or require a service animal, we may be able to make accommodations.  Please email or call us for more information.

FEES: Fees will be assessed for any damaged or missing items attributed to your stay.

INJURY & LOSS: Timberholm Glades, LLC is not responsible for damage or loss of personal belongings, including vehicles, or for personal injuries caused inside or outside the inn during your stay or during transit.
